🎉When a new mastermind member says, “This is exactly what I’ve been looking for,” it is music to my ears.

Not because it feeds my ego.

Because it tells me the message is landing with the people I truly love to serve. ❤️

That is the difference between trying to sound impressive and becoming unmistakable.

And unfortunately, trying to sound impressive is one of the most common mistakes I see mastermind leaders make.

I share how to be unmistakable vs impressive and how that will help you grow your coaching business in my chat with Jay Fairbrother’s group.

Watch the presentation, I’ll put it below for you.

Stop Binging at the Coaches’ Buffet: Choose the Room That Changes Everything with Nancy Juetten 06/03/2026

Are you binging at the coaches’ buffet?

One more free training.
One more expert.
One more framework.
One more shiny promise.
One more “maybe this is the thing that will finally help me move forward.”

For accomplished women and purpose-driven entrepreneurs, more information is not always the answer.

Sometimes the better move is to choose the right room.

The right people.
The right mentor.
The right community.
The right kind of support for who you are becoming now.

In this talk, shared recently from Jay Fairbrother's virtual event stage, I speak about discernment, reinvention, meaningful momentum, and why choosing the right room can make all the difference.

If you are successful on paper but wondering what is next — or if you are ready to stop sampling every strategy and start choosing what matters now — this message may speak directly to you.

Watch the video here: https://youtu.be/E4kPk2CBnHA

And consider this your invitation to ask:

Am I still sampling?

Or am I ready to choose?

It’s Memorial Day Weekend here in the USA.

For many of us, this weekend offers a pause.

A chance to exhale.

A chance to rest.

A chance to step away from the noise long enough to hear what our own lives are trying to tell us.

So here’s a gentle invitation for the days ahead:

Use this weekend to reset, relax, recalibrate, and reimagine what you want your next chapter in life and work to look like.

Not the chapter other people expect from you.

Not the chapter that proves you are still productive, relevant, or impressive.

Not the chapter that keeps you over-functioning in a life that no longer fits.

The chapter that feels true.

The chapter that gives you more room to breathe.

The chapter that honors who you have become.

The chapter that reflects what matters now.

You don’t have to figure it all out this weekend.

But you can begin by asking:

What am I ready to release?

What am I ready to reclaim?

What am I no longer willing to postpone?

What would feel magnificent, meaningful, and true in this next season of my life?

And if you’d like a beautiful place to begin, download the Next Magnificent Chapter Journal.

It was created to help you reflect, listen inward, and start naming what wants to come next — with less pressure and more permission.

Because you are not too late.

Not for the life you really want.

Not for the work that lights you up.

Not for joy, ease, meaning, adventure, love, purpose, or peace.

Your next magnificent chapter can begin with one honest moment.

Maybe this weekend is that moment.

I'll place the link in the first comment.

Enjoy!

There comes a moment when the image that once helped you be seen starts to feel like a costume.

That happened to me recently.

For years, I built my business around being polished, prepared, articulate, and buttoned up.

Structured jackets. Camera-ready presence. Professional photos that said, “I belong in this room.”

And honestly?

That version of me served me well.

She built a beautiful business.
She raised a family.
She spoke on stages.
She helped thousands of people.
She proved what she needed to prove.

But recently, I looked at one of those polished professional photos and felt something I couldn’t ignore.

The photo wasn’t bad.

It just no longer felt true.

The jacket entered the room before I did.

I realized I no longer want my brand to communicate performance first.

I want it to communicate peace.
Joy.
Warmth.
Purpose.
Alignment.
Ease.
Enoughness.

This is part of a bigger shift I’m noticing, not just in myself, but in so many accomplished women.

We built success in seasons when polish, performance, and professionalism mattered.

But now?

Many of us are asking deeper questions:

Who am I when I’m no longer trying so hard to impress?

What does success look like when it is internally defined?

What would it feel like to stop performing my life and actually live it?

I wrote more about this in my latest blog post:

When Your Brand No Longer Feels Like You

(I'll drop the link in the first comment.)

It’s a reflection on outgrowing the polished image, honoring the woman who got us here, and allowing our visible selves to catch up with our truthful selves.

Because this isn’t about becoming someone new.

It may be about finally letting the woman you are now be seen.

I’d love to know:

Is there any part of your brand, image, message, or identity that once felt right, but no longer feels like you?

Fewer Clients. Deeper Work. Starts Tuesday. I’m Speaking Thursday Morning.

For the last four years, my favorite way to serve clients has been through leading two intimate masterminds with the most amazing clients.

Not launches.
Not endless content creation.
Not trying to constantly replace clients who disappear after one quick transaction.

I’m talking about real community.

Deep transformation.
Recurring revenue.
Longer-term relationships.

And work that actually feels meaningful while also making sense financially.

Quite honestly?

I believe more entrepreneurs are craving this right now than ever before.

Especially those who are tired of:

• Constantly reinventing themselves online
• Chasing visibility without depth
• Serving too many people too shallowly, and
• Building businesses that look successful but feel exhausting behind the curtain

That’s why I said YES when Jay Fairbrother invited me to speak during his upcoming 3-Day Six Figure Masterminds Bootcamp starting May 19.

It’s also why I negotiated something special for my community:
A $7 ticket so you can attend the entire event.

I’ll be speaking on May 21 about a BIG mistake I see entrepreneurs making when they attempt to scale and what to do instead if you want:

• Deeper client transformation
• Fewer clients and more profit
• Recurring revenue
• Stronger community, and
• A business model that doesn’t require you to launch yourself into exhaustion every few weeks

I’ve personally watched masterminds change businesses, lives, confidence levels, and income trajectories.

Mine included.

Jay doesn’t just teach theory.

His clients rave about the substance, generosity, and transformation of this experience.

A few examples:
“The three days I spent with Jay in the Mastermind Bootcamp were the best training I've ever encountered. And I've seen it all.”
— Mark J. Platten

“By Day 3, I was particularly ready to launch my mastermind.”
— Alexa Sasha Marshall

“In many, maybe even most, three-day events, I learn something. But in this one, I feel I'm a different person now than I was when it began.”
— Cheri Merz

That last one got my attention.

Because that’s the difference between information and transformation.

If you’ve been sensing that your current business model is heavier, noisier, or more complicated than it needs to be…

This may be exactly the right room at exactly the right time.
Tap on the link to grab your $7 ticket.

When you join us, come say hello in the chat when I speak on Thursday morning May 21. I’d love to see familiar faces in the room.

Here’s to building businesses with more depth, more meaning, and far fewer regrets.

Pick One Work It 05/04/2026

Do you ever feel so distracted by all the voices in your head that your own progress toward success feels… stuck?

Not because you’re lazy.

Not because you lack ambition.

But because you’ve said yes to too many good things at once.

One program promises visibility.

Another promises clients.
Another promises mindset breakthroughs.
Another promises scale.

Individually? Smart investments.

Stacked together? A recipe for overwhelm.

It’s like loading your plate at a buffet with everything that looks delicious…

…and then sitting down with a pile of food you can’t possibly enjoy, digest, or benefit from.

Too many inputs.

Too many instructions.

Too many directions pulling at you all at once.

And the result?

You’re busy.
You’re trying.
You’re investing.

But you’re not getting the traction you expected.

Recently, I had a little fun with this idea and used AI to write a song about it.

The chorus says it all:

Pick one, work it
You don’t need more
You need more use

Simple. Catchy. Slightly confronting.

And… accurate.

Here’s the part that matters most:

Progress doesn’t come from access to great ideas.

It comes from application of one idea long enough for it to work.

When you divide your attention across multiple programs, you dilute your power.

You second-guess yourself.

You jump from strategy to strategy.

You never stay in one lane long enough to see results.

And then—this is the painful part—you start to wonder if it’s you.

It’s not.

It’s the split focus.

A gentler, more effective approach:

Pick one program.
One strategy.
One path forward.
Work it fully.

Implement what you’ve learned.

Stay with it long enough to get evidence that it works.

Let it pay you back—financially, emotionally, and energetically.

Then…

Go back for seconds.

There’s no prize for consuming the most content.

There’s no badge for being enrolled in five things at once.

But there is a real reward for mastery.

Clarity.
Confidence.
Cash flow.

All built from choosing… and following through.

So here’s a simple question to sit with today:

What’s the one thing you’ve already invested in that deserves your full attention right now?

Not someday.

Not “when things calm down.”

Now.

Pick one.
Work it.

And give yourself the chance to see what happens when you do.

Here's the song. Tune in for the groove and the powerful truth.
