🎃🚗 ADS FAMILIES — WE NEED YOUR TRUNKS! 🚗🎃

Our Academy Del Sol Fall Festival is coming up, and the ADS PTO needs YOUR help bringing our Trunk or Treat to life! 🍬👻

We are looking for ADS families who would like to volunteer by decorating their vehicle, choosing a fun theme, dressing up if they'd like, and handing out treats to our students and families.

❤️ This is completely voluntary — we just need our ADS community to help us make it happen!

📅 Friday, October 30, 2026
🎃 Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat: 6:00–8:00 PM
🚗 Volunteer Arrival & Setup: 4:30–5:30 PM

# # # 🍬 WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

🚗 One vehicle
🎃 Your own decorations & theme
🍬 Candy/treats for approximately **300–500+ students**
🪑 Your own table, if you'd like one
😊 A little creativity and school spirit!

Each registered vehicle will receive an assigned parking space in the Teachers' South Parking Lot.

⚠️ **IMPORTANT: Participating vehicles must arrive no later than 5:30 PM. Once the area is closed to vehicle traffic, we cannot allow additional vehicles to enter.

For everyone's safety, participating vehicles will also need to remain parked throughout the event and wait until ADS PTO/event staff gives the all-clear before moving or exiting the Trunk or Treat area.

Pre-K at Roger Road is not a waiting room for kindergarten. It is a real day in a real classroom, small enough that a teacher knows which kid needs a minute and which one needs a job to do. The arts are how we teach here, and that starts at three and four years old, not in third grade.
