Samantha is a senior with a double major in Fashion Industry’s Science and Technology and Psychology. As our Merchandising and Visual Display Intern, she ensures the displays and tables in the LCS Lab are visually engaging and enticing. Abby is a sophomore majoring in Retailing and Consumer Science with a minor in Public Relations. In her role as the LCS Lab’s Marketing and Social Media Intern, she designs eye-catching flyers and engaging social media content to promote the lab’s vendors and pop-up events. After graduation, she hopes to pursue social media management and marketing.

Intern Spotlight: Amelia Clarke!
Amelia is one of the LCS Lab’s Insights and Retail Analytics Interns. She is a sophomore majoring in Retailing and Consumer Science. Her role involves analyzing and summarizing data collected from the lab through focus groups and software programs like Amoobi. She wants to pursue financial analytics and hopes to get her Master of Business Administration after graduation.

Our Insights and Retail Analytics Interns, Gebriel and Amelia, conducted three focus groups for Peepers.
Through try-ons and questions about product, advertisement, and brand placement, the goal was to increase knowledge about college student’s sunglasses preferences. Additionally, it increased brand awareness amongst the University’s students.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the focus groups, the feedback was informative and beneficial!
