We are all here on this social platform acting like we know anything about these people on here’s lives.

We are training ourselves every day to focus on the outside world, other people’s movements through life, and leaving space to editorialize on privilege, life experience, intelligence, etc. We slowly begin to spend every day thinking about other people’s lives we don’t know, looking outside of us for satisfaction through scrolls and external stimuli whether we know it or not, and move further from being focused and present in our own journeys. The need to gossip increases which leaves us to be surrounded by others who also love to gossip creating a suffocation on personal development and introspection.

You’re not the only one doing it right.
Even though your beliefs feel right you might be wrong.
Your life isn’t getting better by discrediting someone else’s.
The more you talk about other people’s life’s the more yours passes you by.

Spend time with your own wholeness and the way others are not whole won’t take up so much of your time.
