Every class brings more hands-on experience, confidence, and knowledge as they work toward becoming skilled bartenders. It’s exciting to watch them develop their techniques and learn the art of crafting balanced, professional-quality drinks.

The Gibson may look like a classic martini, but its signature cocktail onion sets it apart.

Legend has it that the drink was created in the late 1800s for illustrator and businessman Charles Dana Gibson, who wanted a way to distinguish his martini from everyone else’s at social gatherings. The solution? An onion garnish instead of an olive or lemon twist.

Over a century later, the Gibson remains a favorite among cocktail enthusiasts who appreciate its clean, crisp profile and distinctive savory finish.
