The K-5 Summer Reading Camp will begin the end of May and extend through the first two weeks in June. Students will work on the foundational reading skills and strengthen their reading fluency and comprehension skills. Sessions are 90 minutes long. We will meet at Saguaro Canyon Church.

Here are a few reading tips for parents.
Read to your baby every day starting at six months of age. Reading and playing with books is a wonderful way to spend special time with her. Hearing words over and over helps her become familiar with them. Reading to your baby is one of the best ways to help her learn.
�Babies need to hear language from a human being. Television is just noise to a baby.
�Turn the TV off and read to your child/children. Nothing can replace a parent interacting with their their children in an engaging story. Happy Reading!!!
