Here is what Mrs. Sebastian had to share:
Ms. Minson is a valuable member of our staff. She consistently demonstrates compassion, understanding, and genuine care for all of her students. She takes the time to see each student as an individual and recognizes that every child has different strengths, challenges, and needs. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, she works hard to understand what each student needs in order to be successful and does everything she can to provide the support and encouragement they need.
She is someone we can always count on to help create meaningful, interesting, and engaging WIN lessons that are focused on the individual needs of our students. She puts thought and purpose into her lessons and works to make sure that students are receiving instruction that will help them grow. Her commitment to helping students succeed is evident in the time, energy, and care she puts into her work.
As a colleague, she is supportive, uplifting, and understanding. She is always willing to listen, share ideas, offer encouragement, and work collaboratively with others. She contributes to our team in ways that make us stronger and reminds us of the importance of supporting one another as educators.
