Just a reminder that students will be dismissed at 10:55 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16th, Thursday, September 17th, and Friday, September 18th.

We have a lot happening this week on campus and I wanted to ensure that you have all of the necessary information.

Book Fair
The book fair will be open all week from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Grandparents Day at the Book Fair
Tuesday, September 15th is Grandparents Day at the Book Fair. We invite grandparents and any other special person to join their student for lunch and then visit the book fair. We are asking that you please stick to the lunch times listed below and ensure that students are back in class at the end of their lunch time.

Kindergarten Cafeteria 10:50 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
First Cafeteria 11:20 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Second Cafeteria 11:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Third MPR 10:50 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Fourth MPR 11:20 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Fifth MPR 11:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Parent/Teacher Conferences
Conferences will take place on Wednesday, September 16th, Thursday, September 17th, and Friday, September 18th. On all three days, students will be dismissed at 10:55 a.m. There will be no 21st Century or Mariachi/Folklorico on these days. Please make sure that you have made the necessary arrangements to accommodate the dismissal time on these three days.
If you have not yet scheduled a conference, please reach out to your child's teacher.
