This in-person workshop is starting next month with ZUZI Dance. If you are struggling with life amid a pandemic and feeling anxious, angry, confused, sad, mad, despairing, numb, terrified, stressed or just plain unsettled, you're not alone. This class is designed to bring us together, safely and masked, to find strength in vulnerable spaces using dance choreography as a place for empowerment.

A new school year is upon us in this new world of ours. It feels overwhelming, exciting and frightening yet full of creative possibilities. Here’s to finding the courage to break out from our comfort zones perhaps for the first time, or once again, and embrace the unknowns with creative certainties.
