I went to church with my best friend and her family and I loved it. Confession: I have not been going to mass nor inside a church for years because I usually pray at home by myself. But with how I have been feeling and thinking, I knew it was time to go back.

So I know I have been MIA lately, no stories and reels but once again I am working on myself, my life and my dreams. It requires abstaining from one thing to focus on another.
Focus and intention towards what you want to do are essential and are parts of manifesting what you want into your life.
One of my friends stated that she wants to be a baddie in this new era and I think that’s what all women should be and do!
Baddies in the sense that we are consciously and tenaciously putting our self first and prioritizing our own needs before others.
I have too fallen victim to people pleasing, to delaying my dreams, to following other peoples dreams, to quieting my voice and to even not leaving where I am not wanted due to fear.
But NO MORE! I encourage all of you to be who you want to be, without fear, doubt or regression. As a woman, I love my freedom and it encourages me everyday to pursue things that in another age or time I would not be able to.
Watch out world because Coach Ana is a triple threat💖🤭🧜🏽‍♀️
