PBIS doesn’t need a store. It just needs adults who pay attention.

I know, people mean well, and I know that this is never the intent, but PBIS stores often teach kids “What’s in it for me?” instead of “Who do we want to be together?”

That’s the difference between a community and a marketplace.

The anxiety stats say 10-12% of school-age youth live with anxiety. Teachers say it’s higher.

Systems can’t afford to misunderstand what our students with anxiety are living out loud every day.
