CEAS congratulates Higley High School student, Maxwell Moser马思伟, who competed in the Chinese Bridge Language Competition and won the first place in the Secondary School Group! 🥳
He will enter the global finals, representing the US southwestern region. Maxwell attends the Chinese immersion program and participated in CEAS’s STARTALK program in the summer of 2024 and 2025. We are very proud of what Maxwell has achieved! 🥇

Mochi (rice) pounding will be featured once again at our Tucson Japanese Festival on March 21. At Tucson Chinese Cultural Center, once again extended hours 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our K–5 students had a blast listening to a bilingual story about the Chinese Zodiac and learning why 2026 is the Year of the Horse! 🐎✨

After the story, students got creative with fun horse-themed crafts, celebrating culture, language, and imagination all in one joyful morning.

We can’t wait to read, create, and celebrate together again!
