Because I Love Myself....

I left a 17-year relationship that hurt me...a lot.
I worked hard to find peace with myself knowing that my kids were hurt also.
I chose to love myself because it is in loving myself wholly that I am able to love those I cherish with a love that is unconditional.

I said farewell to pain BECAUSE I CHOSE TO LOVE MYSELF!

Because I love myself....it's as simple as that! ❤️

I no longer fear getting "old", I embrace the opportunity as many don't make it to "old". I wasn't supposed to survive even 30 minutes in this life.

I no longer fight my body trying to make it "keep up" with my former 20-year-old self; I embrace it with gentleness and grace. I honor my body where it's at and it loves me back.

I no longer reject "old" as being obsolete. I hold much wisdom within me that would never exist without all these years of life experience. I can lovingly share that wisdom with others.

I'm embracing 49 and looking forward to 50! It's exciting to grow older 🥰❤️

Aging truly is an opportunity and I embrace it fully....because I love myself!! ❤️
