🧠Bringing Mental Heath resources to our classrooms is fully necessary nowadays. There is no question or statistics more important than the health of our youth in the societies we live.

✨Reflect-Regulate & Renew: Empowering Youth with Resilience✨

🤲🏼Giving basic information and referrals is as simple as giving a referral to the principal’s office for bad behavior. It just take a little extra effort. And it can open the door to the awareness and understanding of mental health in our students.
