Pima Honors is preparing for their BIGGEST event of the year: R.I.S.E. for the Homeless Veterans Annual Event. This event is held each year over spring break (for 2022 it is the week of March 14th).
Students work to collect and organize donations as well as seek volunteers for the set-up and the delivery. Right now, they're planning meetings are being held virtually on Tuesdays from 3-4 pm via Zoom until the event. They are definitely in need of volunteers. Anyone can connect and RSVP to the meetings via PimaEngage and you don't have to be an Honors student to help: https://pima.campuslabs.com/engage/event/7783239. It would be great if everyone can get the word out, especially for volunteers!
