All-The-Seeds Sourdough Buckwheat Loaf! This is sooo good! Itβs now my favorite bread!!! And it worked!!! Sesame, poppy, chia, flax seeds and dried apricots and walnuts!!! So good!!!

Gluten and dairy free lemon bars with rosemary shortbread crust. I made vegan butter with rosemary infused coconut oil to make the shortbread ππβ€οΈ.

I love my recipe for Crustless Quiche! It's so versatile and you don't have to muc around with a crust! Yes, I love crusts, but this is great without. I started this caramelizing a Vidalia onion, then adding garlic, zucchini and red pepper and cooked them a bit. Removed everything from the pan, then added salmon. Cooked the salmon, split it up and put at the bottom of the baking dish. Added all the cooked veggies. Blended up the quiche mixture and poured in. Into the oven, topping off with basil leaves, a bit of Italian parsley and a quartered zucchini flower π Yum!
