2023 SUPERIOR RATED “GOLD” SYMPHONIC BAND!!!

It’s has been a joy to work with this ensemble! They have worked extremely hard in and outside of class and helped mentor the younger ensemble without complaints.

Not only do they push themselves but they push me to be better daily.

Definitely gonna enjoy this achievement but it’s back to work on Monday!

2023 SUPERIOR RATED MAROON CONCERT BAND!!!

Today is the day!!

The THS “Maroon” Concert Band is set and ready to perform at the annual Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA) Large Group Performance Evaluation (LGPE) at Southwest DeKalb HS and tomorrow with THS “Gold” Symphonic Band.

The kids have worked extremely hard!

Wish us well!!

Really proud of all of the students who auditioned and extremely happy for these two young and talented musicians!

Both of them it was their first time auditioning and one of them just started playing last year!

Salute to my brother T.C. Spivey-Hall for all of his hard work and dedication with them!
