An Urban Farm

Good Morning it is with a heavy heart that I must make this announcement that An Urban Farm and A VIP Mystery Dinner
will be closed. I have had two surgeries and have to be in a wheel chair for a few more months. Joshua Hill went to the ER for a leg infection and had breathing issues so he has been put into a medical coma it is unsure if he will recover his family is caring for him. I am unable to afford the rent, and the up keep. All the Chickens and our Mini Pig Nila who has been renamed NIla Bacon by his nnew family the children are so excited to have him as their pet. I still need to sell a few items and I am moving to TN to live with a friend to heal. Bo, Gershwin and my little bantam rooster are coming with me. Thank you for your support and love. I greatly appreciate all the blessings and help that I have recieved and blessings of such loving and supportive friends.

Getting ready to work on the green house area. We are going to work pm the mew Silkie and Bantam area. We definately have a rooster when you pick him up he has a sqeeky spot and he crows it is hilarious. Josh and I are taking an easy day my foot is up in the morning I will find out if I have to have a second surgery!Although Josh is great a playing Dr. I am looking forward to walking again soon!

Preparing for our January Aquaponics workshop. We have received lots of calls about this. We will provide the workshop with lunch included. Also you will be able to purchase an aquaponic system that day. The course will cover the basics of aquaponics as well as the various start up options. Moved the pullets to the big coop. It is so amazing that we have hand raised them. Lots of blue eggs in the spring! We moved the cochins and americanas. Our silkies are growing like weeds we are working on the aquaponics and bunnies.Nila has a new favorite persimmons.

An Urban Farm is hosting our 1st Annual Holiday VIP Dinner. Please come join us to celebrate the milestone of our farm. The Dinner is this Saturday December 8th meet and greet starts at 5:30 pm with First Course beginning at 6pm. It is $20.00 per person for six courses proceeds to benefit the development of An Urban Farm Tucker GA. We will be filming a portion of our upcoming Kickstarter.
