For over 27 years, Nichole "Nikki" Charlton has been dedicated to helping horses move, feel, and perform at their very best through a holistic approach to equine wellness.
Nikki's journey into equine wellness began after graduating from the Virginia School of Massage's 500-hour Professional Human Massage Program. She continued her education through Don Doran's Equine Sports Massage Program in Ocala, Florida, and has never stopped learning. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise through advanced training in Acupoint Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, the Advanced Masterson Method, Infrared Laser Therapy, PEMF Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Saddle Fit with a Master Saddler from England. She has also studied Reiki Energy Work and achieved Master Level certification.
At NMC Integrated Equine Services, Nikki believes in a holistic approach to bodywork and physical therapy. Combined with more than 45 years of riding, showing, and training horses, her hands-on experience has given her a keen eye for form, function, movement, and compensation patterns, allowing her to identify restrictions before they become bigger issues.
Every session is customized to meet each horse's individual physical, emotional, and energetic needs. By combining bodywork, PEMF therapy, red light therapy, infrared laser therapy, energy work, and saddle fit evaluations, Nikki helps horses recover, perform, and feel their best. Whether your horse is recovering from an injury, actively competing, in training, or simply needs ongoing maintenance, they're in experienced and compassionate hands.
NMC also works alongside veterinarians, farriers, trainers, and other equine professionals to provide a well-rounded approach to your horse's health and recovery.
