🐾 Learning All About Mammals!🦌

Mrs. Miller’s 5th graders have been busy researching mammals and learning interesting facts about their characteristics, habitats, diets, and more! After gathering their information, students presented their findings to the class, practicing their research, communication, and public speaking skills along the way. 📚🎤

Awesome job, 5th grade!👏🏻

Yesterday, we gathered together for our first chapel of the school year, and what a beautiful way to begin!🙌🏻

Pastor Little shared a message about Creation, reminding our students of the truth found in Genesis 1:1...
“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” 🌎✨

He used a drone to give our students a bird’s-eye view of God’s incredible creation surrounding our school—including the beautiful mountains. 🏔️

What a wonderful reminder that when we look around us, we see the handiwork of our Creator. We are so thankful for opportunities to gather, worship, learn, and point our students back to the One who created it all!
“In the beginning…God.” ❤️

Mrs. Beiler’s kindergarteners took their learning outdoors this morning as they practiced writing their names with chalk! 🖍️💛

We love watching our youngest students build confidence and develop those important early writing skills—one colorful name at a time.✍🏻

What a joy it was to welcome our students back for another school year! 💙

Today was filled with smiling faces, excited students, and learning. We are incredibly thankful for each student God has entrusted to us and for the amazing teachers and families who make our school so special.

As we begin this new year, our prayer is that our students will grow in knowledge, character, confidence, and faith. May God guide our teachers, protect our students, and bless every moment of this school year. 🙏

🩺✂️ Paging all Word Doctors!

Mrs. Lanford’s first graders put on their scrubs and got to work performing some very important “word surgery!" 🧠📚

Our students carefully examined words, then “operated” by cutting them apart and stitching them back together to create contractions. From “do not” to “don’t” and “cannot” to “can’t,” these young surgeons showed precision, teamwork, and a whole lot of excitement for learning!💙✨

Mrs. Rimer's kindergarteners have been busy learning all about the life cycle of a butterfly—from tiny eggs to crawling caterpillars, forming chrysalises, and finally emerging as beautiful butterflies! 🐛🦋

Today was extra special as they got to experience this process firsthand. After watching and caring for their butterflies every step of the way, our students proudly released them into the world!

What a sweet celebration of growth, change, and new beginnings! 💛
