I've done a ton of international traveling and have lived in a plethora of places too. Journeys into foreign lands feed my soul like nothing else and are steeped with deep transformatio

n, healing, learning, growth, and joy. The one constant since the 90's has been my exploration and practice of Yoga. It has enhanced my life travels and well being in so very many ways; and from deep in my heart i am passionate about sharing Yoga with others…. Guided by these two passions and my gypsy yoga girl heart, I am creating and leading international travel adventure yoga retreats. The intent with these trips is to provide adventurous, relaxing, joyful, cultural, deeply yoga infused experiences in epic places in the world….

Exciting news for our community. The magical Baby D will be here in June offering a few of her Buti sessions in the yogazonia space. Sign up with me and do it asap since spots are quite limited and you really might need this in your life. It’s deep, empowering, healing, energizing, challenging, and a total blast with laughs.
