Marcos Pizza Fifth Grade fundraiser is Tuesday September 24! Getting excited!

Square 1 Art Fundraiser has been moved to Spring 2020. The art products will be back in time for Mother's Day and Father's Day gifts!

Thank you for all of the supplies that were sent to CES art department. I am overwhelmed with the generosity of our CES Parents. Thank you once again!

Congratulations to Kathleen Bell. Kathleen participated in Alabama Architects Enrich program. Students in Alabama Architects designed their dream theme park. Kathleen wants to be a doctor, and so naturally her design was about the human body.
The Alabama Architect students entered their drawings in The Dream Architecture Contest, and Kathleen won Honorable Mention. The Dream Architecture Contest had 2,661 entries and only 34 were chosen!

The rock garden is ready! Students created inspirational designs on rocks after reading and discussing the book Only One You by Linda Kranz. Now we are placing our rocks in a permanent rock garden by the art room.

Kindergarten and First Grade Silly Birds

Square 1 Art fundraiser is winding down. Tuesday the 24th is the last day to send in orders.

Square 1 Art orders are due November 9th! Don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity to share your child's artwork with family and friends. These items make terrific presents and wonderful keepsakes. I have my 20 year old son's artwork from kindergarten to fifth grade captured on beautiful ornaments. I love putting them on the tree! Place your orders before it is too late! All orders will arrive before Christmas.

Cahaba Elementary Art students are creating original art pieces on rocks. The rocks are an inspiration form the children's book Only One You by Linda Kranz.
The rocks will be displayed in a permanent rock garden at the entrance of the school.

Coming home soon will be your child's custom catalog featuring their artwork. The art department earns profit from every order. As a thank you for participating, each child will receive a sheet of stickers imprinted with their artwork- absolutely free.
