At our school, we teach traditional, authentic Shotokan Karate and Okinawan weapons (Kobudo) in a way that allows our students to reach and exceed their potentials. Dear students and families,
This is just a reminder that the "Bring Your Buddy Night" that was scheduled for this Monday on Jan 26, has been moved to Monday, Feb 02, due to the inclement weather.
Classes may be cancelled, depending on the weather. Just as a guideline, if the Trussville city schools are closed, then the dojo will be closed as well.
Updates will be posted on this page as the storm gets closer.
Or, if you prefer messaging, e-mailing, or calling me, that's fine as well.

With the holidays coming up, this would be a great time to give the gift of authentic, traditional martial arts training to your family and friends.
At Hirano Ha Karate of Trussville, we strive to give our students the highest quality instruction in the proven art of Shotokan Karate.
The training is appropriate for people of all ages (4 and up), and we strive to develop our students in the best way possible, to break previous limits, and transcend beyond.
Our instruction uses proven methods that focus on character development, physical conditioning, and improvement of one's mental discipline, as well as the learning of valuable self-defense skills.
We pride ourselves on optimizing the training program for each of our students, and that our students will be engaged in training throughout all of the class, not just for a few minutes at a time.
We also believe in fair pricing practices. Our tuition rates are very reasonable, and we absolutely do not use mandatory contracts. You simply pay month to month, and any equipment purchases (extra uniforms, sparring pads, etc) are always sold at a very reasonable cost as well.
Please feel free to ask us for a free trial lesson! We are always happy to accommodate such requests, and encourage people to try one to see how we operate.
Thank you.
