DANCE

This card is about showing up for life, specifically, your life. When you are praying or meditating what is foremost in your mind?

There is a beautiful country song about dancing with life and no matter what challenges, sadness or heartbreak we may go thru in this life we are still "dancing" with Spirit. The song is also about the wonder, and the preciousness of life and living it to the fullest.

Have you asked for guidance? Do you have faith enough in that guidance to take the action(s) needed to keep moving toward a yet unseen outcome?

When you take steps toward a dream you are dancing with the Energy that brings the state of grace into your life. Will you embrace this Energy and make your life the best it can be?

MINDFULNESS

A state of mindfulness is achieved when you can be in the present moment no matter what is happening around you.

How are you at managing your thoughts? Do you hold in your mind the outcome and direct your thoughts and words towards that outcome? Do you choose your thoughts and actions wisely? Or does your mind run amok with thoughts that don't let you move forward because of fear, or not liking change?

You are the Director of your life. You make choices based on your needs, hopes, and your desires. When you can manage your mind with positive, uplifting, loving thoughts in each present moment your dreams will follow you into that state of grace and fall nearly effortlessly into your lap.

If it was 3 years from now and you were living in that life what would it look like? What steps would you take to make your dream a reality? Journal it, live as if you have that life to the best of your ability. Use what you have available to you and more will show up. Shout it to the Universe, whisper it to the Universe. Just don't settle for a mediocre life. Create thru your Mindfulness practice that which you truly love.

Some parts of your dream may be easier to embrace and work toward. Some parts of your dream may feel like you don't deserve it, but you do! You deserve every good thing. Live your life accordingly, mindfully and Spirit will help you manifest, in real time, that which is in your heart.

When you fall asleep tonite, I invite you to call on your angel's to help with any situation you need clarity on. Ask them to send you clear unmistakable signs for your next right steps. Then pay attention to receive the answers.

When you are grateful for the life you've co-created with Spirit you understand just how special you are and you take care of your basic needs accordingly. Giving yourself plenty of Affection is how you thank the powers that be for your life.

What does your self-care regimen look like?

Warm tubbies to relieve stress? Eating fresh, clean foods? Journaling? Creating anything: a meal, an art project, an e-book with tips so others could benefit by your knowledge? Earthing? Hiking? Breathwork? Maybe solitude to decompress when the world or your life gets too much to handle? What ways do you use to show deep and loving affection toward yourself?

Who am I, condensed?

I hail from this area but have lived in Joplin, MO for the last 8 years. I am currently back in the area for an undetermined amount of time due to some health challenges of my beloveds.

I've been reading cards for 40+ years, mostly as a hobby, because I love to help people learn to work with the energies surrounding them at any given time thru Intuitive Oracle/Tarot readings. Readings assist in finding clarity and truth about your situation(s).

I am an 18th Level Grand Master Reiki Practioner and Teacher. Reiki has been my passion since I found it in 1994. I use various tools(crystals, cards, symbols, pendulum, etc) in private sessions. My clients have found healing in all areas of their lives; body, mind, spirit, relationships and/or/either finances.

NEW MOON---Promise

What a great card to come forward today! On June 18 there will be a new Moon. Will you set some Intentions and take even small steps of action to harness your dream(s)?

Grandmother Moon in her new phase is all about love, manifesting, renewing your dreams, and embracing new beginnings. Are you open to this new chapter of your life?

Whether it be a project, a relationship, an idea, etc now is the time to Act if you truly want to realize this dream. Maybe you need to tweak your dream? Or scratch it and start anew? This card says "if you want it, you can have it, but you have to put some effort in obtaining it."

Promises are about commitments, a guarantee so to speak that you can be counted on. MEADOW--Vulnerability

In your opinion does this open space feel freeing or terrifying? How vulnerable do you feel on a daily basis in your environment? Do you feel exposed and defenseless? Have you ever felt vulnerable but from a place of trusting in your own instincts?

When you trust your instincts you are more able to see the beauty around you and relax into it which makes the wide open space safer for you to express those true feelings and your true self. It's ok for you to take risks at this time. It's ok for you to be vulnerable.

Do you feel judged or critisized by people who don't understand you? You have the strength inside to overcome any challenges presented. You are being guided to release the illusion of safety by holding back your feelings and stand firmly in your power in a healing yet vulnerable way from a place of trust and faith. If you decide to choose intuitive vulnerability and share yourself with the world your heart will understand the Universe has your back.
