We’re excited to welcome Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and sports nutrition expert Tara DelloIacono, RDN, to Truckee Sports Camp!

This summer, campers will participate in our brand-new program:

⚡ EAT LIKE AN ATHLETE ⚡

Through fun, interactive lessons, kids will learn:

🏃 How food fuels sports and play
💪 Why protein helps us recover
⚡ How carbohydrates power performance
💧 The importance of hydration
🌈 Why eating the rainbow matters

Our philosophy is simple:

After 12 summers, we’re always looking for ways to create even more fun, variety, confidence-building experiences, and unforgettable memories for kids ❤️

This summer, we’re excited to introduce rotating “Adventure Fridays” at Truckee Sports Camp!

Instead of one set activity every Friday, campers may experience:
