We at I Can Education and Enrichment Center Inc. would like to thank the Troy Chamber of Commerce for the opportunity to participate in the community impact volunteer day Sponsored by Henry Ford Health, SunByrnes Properties & Construction, Consumers Energy, and .

We packed 20 emergency preparedness bags, 30 children information and education bags, over 40 adult information and education bags, assembled two supply carts, blew up cardio balls, etc. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch together. Kudos to our team ~ Lauren and Lindsay (Consumers Energy), Lisa (The Arc of Oakland County), and Olga (Creative Society)!! We appreciate you, Georgie and Amber - I Can!

A registered dietitian, chief operations officer, leader, and advocate for healthier communities. With over 15 years of experience across nutrition, public health, higher education, and corporate administration, Amber is dedicated to helping individuals and families build healthier, more empowered lives. Her work spans research with leading institutions—including the University of Michigan, Wayne State University, and Michigan State University—and she was recognized as one of Oakland County’s 40 Under 40 in 2023. As the owner of Amber’s 3 in 1 Nutrition Consulting, she continues to support individuals and organizations in reaching their health and wellness goals. Through I Can Education & Enrichment Center, Amber brings her passion for wellness and community together—creating spaces where people feel supported, seen, and capable.
