Our junior high students are away at Peniel Bible Camp! ⛺️

Camp is about so much more than getting away from school for a few days. It’s a time for our students to grow closer to Christ, grow closer to one another, and begin the school year united as a community.

Between preaching and time alone with God, our 7th and 8th graders are being challenged to think deeply about their faith and their walk with Christ. And in between those times are plenty of games, laughter, conversation, and opportunities to build friendships and strengthen their class bonds.

We’re thankful for the opportunity to begin the year this way—with Christ at the center and our students growing together. Please continue to pray for our junior high students and the work God is doing in their hearts this week! ❤️

Today our students explored how community helpers, local businesses, and school staff work together to care for others and strengthen both our school and the larger Troy community. From meeting first responders and city leaders to learning about the many people who help our community thrive each day, students were reminded that even small acts of service make a big difference.

We are incredibly grateful to all of our visitors, volunteers, and staff who helped make Community Helpers Day such a remarkable success!
