It’s official!! First shipment just arrived! This is one of the most vulnerable yet rewarding things I’ve done. As much as I love to share my perspective, putting it in book form just feels different. But as you’ll read - different is not wrong. So here we go!! 🙂 I sincerely hope you enjoy it! https://a.co/d/0i93NXCl

I may have been quiet on here but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been sharing. It is just taking place in a different form.
My content is now being housed on the Stream with Hart page of my website feelempoweredeveryday.com along with several other resources that pertain to feeling empowered. It’s categorized by month and scrolls like a social media feed.
I also wrote and published a new book!!! Your Behavior Language is now live on Amazon! Learn more about it on Stream with Hart 😃

For a variety of reasons I have been quiet on social media. But that doesn’t mean I’ve been quiet. It just means I have chosen to contain my posting to the Stream with Hart page on my website feelempoweredeveryday.com Here’s a sample of what I’ve been sharing lately. I invite you to come check it out. I hope you enjoy!!! Have a wonderful day 😊 ~ Elle

Well I am one less bundle of nerves! The robots successfully removed my celiac ganglion that was causing all the compression and restrictions. So now my body is busy rewiring itself which will take a few more months.
Thanks to my avid (some may say obsessive) essential oil love affair, I was able to ditch the meds within the first week and ride out the pain without all the side effects.
I still have a ways to go until I am back to myself but I just wanted to thank everyone for your well wishes, check-ins and offers to help. I’m a put my head down and push through kind of girl so if a message went unanswered please know it didn’t go unnoticed. I appreciate you all immensely!!!
During this time of laying low I have learned many lessons, had a lot of realizations and let the quiet guide me. Of course I will be sharing so more to come.
In the meantime a heartfelt thank you, your support has been uplifting!!

Tomorrow I head to Cleveland for MALS & SMAS repair surgery - something on one hand I’ve waited decades to reach, on the other had no idea was needed.
My health struggles started when I was just 5 years old. Through the years, I’ve been misdiagnosed and undiagnosed, often jumping through a million hoops yet was always left without answers or solutions that worked. What I’ve learned through this journey is the power of listening to your own body, trusting your intuition, and never giving up in searching for what feels true.
After all these years, I finally found clarity thanks to Dr. Jordan Bray at NDC Integrating Wellness in Troy, who uncovered the rare diagnosis that explained it all. For that, I am incredibly grateful.
I am sharing this post as a reminder: your body knows, your intuition is wise, and persistence matters. Even though it can be hard to trust yourself enough to sometimes go against what you’re being told - there were many times I chalked my symptoms up to exaggeration or talked myself into them being “normal”, thinking it was all in my head to the point of beating myself up for not doing enough to make it go away - your personal process will continue to guide you when you follow it. I learned that empowerment comes from honoring yourself enough to keep looking for the answers you deserve. Unseen doesn’t mean unfelt so give yourself or someone in your life who shares in this frustration grace and encouragement as you continue to search and question.
I’ll be stepping away from social media while I recover, for however long my body needs. Thank you to everyone who has been part of my story up to this point, your encouragement, love, and support have meant more than words can capture.

Clients often comment on how difficult it is to explain what it is I do. (Welcome to my marketing nightmare 🤪)
So instead they just end up saying “EVERYBODY NEEDS TO DO THIS!!”
A lot of what I “do” is in my approach which is direct yet kind and insightful laced with playful.
It seems vulnerable but it’s not.
It’s often mistaken for typical coaching but it’s not.
It’s information you already know, yet it’s not.
It seems accommodating, but it’s based on appreciating.
It seems heavy but it’s actually very light.
I simply provide unbiased, objective perspective in regard to how you do things best and approach life in the way that works best for you.
I go over what to lean into and what to be mindful of in a straightforward, no nonsense way that takes away the tendency many of us have to think we’d be better off if we changed in some way.
For some it’s relief, for some it’s permission, for some it’s validation and to others it’s a way of seeing themselves that simply brings more clarity.
You will get what you need out of it, you won’t get nothing out of it.
So what are you waiting for??

Ever felt disappointed when someone didn’t show up for you the way you would for them?
You’re not alone.
We all have different ways of showing support. Some people take action, others use words, some bring insight, and others simply offer a hug and sit beside you in silence.
But when we expect others to mirror our way of showing up, we miss the care that’s already there, just delivered differently.
This is where I always come back to one of my favorite mindset shifts:
✨ Replace expectations with respectations.
Because when we take time to understand how someone naturally shows support, we stop holding them to a version of us and start seeing the value in who they are.
Swipe through for a few different ways people might be showing up even if it doesn’t look like your way.
Then tell me below:
How you tend to show up for the people you care about. Are you a doer, talker, thinker or feeler?
