Brunswick Lee's Taekwondo Tae Kwon Do: Life changing, Life Time Benefits As a student trains to become a B.L.T.

At Brunswick Lee's Tae Kwon do, we are committed to building and developing our students to become the best they can possibly be. Black Belt Champion, they will experience progress, growth and change in the school and in many areas of their lives. Many students have reported to us that their increased level of physical fitness and the confidence they've gained through their Martial Arts experience has allowed them to perform better at work, in school, and at home. We hope that you will find our staff of Black Belt instructors to be a very positive influence in your life.

Check out the beautiful smiles on this beautiful family! Logan and Lilyana have been with us more than five years and they’re both recommended Black Belts now. This family has faced many challenges starting with the Corona Virus epidemic, moving into a new house, having a fire in the new house, their grandmother passing away while living with them, looking for a new house, living out of packed boxes while waiting to find a house and still looking for a new house. These are only some of the challenges they’ve been facing. But they still come to Tae Kwon Do. Life isn’t fair and we’re faced with challenges all the time. It’s how we meet these challenges that matters. Thank you Eric, Heather, Logan and Lilyana for not giving up on life and for not giving up on your path to Black Belt.
