Stacy Stuart Smallenbarger, age 69 of Celina, passed away 6:18AM Tuesday, June 27, 2023 in the inpatient unit of Hospice of Miami County, Troy. He was born September 6, 1953 in Troy to the late Robert and Patsy (Ostendorf) Smallenbarger.
