They believe that effective critical decision-making in high-stakes situations depends on the principles of Recognition-Primed Decision Making (RPDM) and a solid foundation of knowledge—key ingredients for making smart decisions under pressure.
We offer flexible training options tailored to your department's needs, including 2-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour, and 16-hour courses. All of our programs are approved as “Q” courses by the Michigan Fire Fighter Training Council and are eligible for state funding.
