Too many students graduate from high school without knowing what they'll do next or how they will support themselves, or they simply don't have the knowledge, skills, or support needed to succeed. We see these students and know that, with guidance and support, many will flourish. We empower students through our seven-year evidence-based Workforce Prep program that features volunteer career mentors

During this lesson, students use online resources to explore careers and education paths.

If a student is confident in a career path, they explore related continuing education options like community college, college, university, trade school, military, or other post-secondary opportunities.

Not sure what they want to do next? Volunteer Career Mentors help students research career fields and select areas to explore more deeply.

Together, students and mentors identify the tools and resources needed to prepare for what’s next.
