These 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders earned a pizza party with Mrs. Huber because they all achieved 100 or more green lights this year on Reflex, which is an online platform for increasing math fact fluency! Congratulations, panthers!

Monday we had fun with our underground dress up day... "Dress Like Dr. Harrell". She loves her Troy R3 polos and CPE spirit wear. We sure are going to miss Dr Harrell at CPE next year. 💚💙

Congratulations to our Major Savers Fundraiser Top Sellers! They had a blast on their limo ride to their pizza lunch this week.

We are so proud to recognize our VIP winners! These students were chosen for their hard work and positive mindset throughout testing today (and last week). They showed determination, focus, and a great attitude — and it did not go unnoticed!

This past Friday we kicked off MAP testing with our CPE MAP Pep Rally!🎉

🍎 Some of our teachers had a little fun participating in the MAP Obstacle Course to remind students of important test taking strategies like:
✏️take your time
✏️remove distractors
✏️read directions carefully
✏️ reread the question

🍎Our CPE Kindness Club representatives talked about the Encouragement Clips that Buddies Classes will be sharing with them

🍎 Students who scored Advanced or Proficient on the 2025 MAP in Math or ELA were recognized.

🍎 Some of our student leaders shared encouragement and testing tips with their classmates.

You can help at home by:
📝ensuring your child eats breakfast each day
📝making sure your child is at school before testing starts in the morning
📝set a routine each night of going to bed at a reasonable time

We know our CPE Leaders are going to do AMAZING on the MAP! They have worked hard all year. 💙💚

Due to the timing and severity of tomorrow's weather event, LCR3 will follow a special early release schedule on Monday, 4/27. All after school activities will be canceled, and Latchkey will close at 2:00 pm.

Buildings will release at the following times:

- 10:45 am - Ninth Grade Center
- 11:00 am - Troy Buchanan High School, Early Childhood Education Center bus riders
- 11:10 am - Troy Middle School, Troy South Middle School,
- 12:00 pm - Early Childhood Education Center Parent Pick Up
- 12:10 pm - Hawk Point, Cuivre Park, Boone, Lincoln, William Cappel
- 1:00 pm - Claude Brown, Main Street, Troy South Elementary, New Horizons PM Session
- No PM Session for Early Childhood Education Center

We had a great turn out at our 26/27 Kindergarten Open House this evening. Our front office team had so much fun meeting our littlest learners.

Ms. Volz and Mrs Wood were able to join us as well. They are going to be amazing additions to our CPE Team next year.
