Day 11 of every morning and I am loving where this is heading... less acne, more energy & WAY better digestion (but don’t be fooled, there has been some nausea too most days, just for a few minutes after drinking the juice)

In early December, I intuitively started doing warm lemon water with honey first thing in the morning and was eventually led to incorporate more of the healing protocols by Medical Medium as well.

So for now it’s the lemon water, wait 15 mins then celery juice and wait 30 mins before any other food or drink (even water). I think starting in February I will begin making the daily as well but for me, incorporating one thing at a time is what makes it achievable. Plus I don’t think the body should be put under extreme stress from detoxing too quickly.

I have a feeling someone besides me needed to see this! If that someone is you just remember it’s okay not to be okay. Sometimes we forget that; healing is a journey. Tomorrow is a new day! And maybe you’ll be ready to let it go then, but maybe not. Stop forcing, stop resisting; just allow and let go. Each moment, over and over. Give thanks and go forward 🙏🏼

What is a mono meal? // It’s simple and just like it sounds; a meal of one fruit or vegetable, typically eaten completely raw, all on its own.

Why would I eat only one food for an entire meal? // Aside from being easy to prepare, this style of eating is very gentle on the digestive system. It requires we only produce one particular enzyme needed for digesting that fruit or vegetable. Certain foods combine better than others and this ensures the body will easily digest the entire meal.

Increased nutrient absorption, avoiding improper food combining, and enjoying one thing at a time are all good reasons to try a mono meal!

I’m in no way claiming to eat all your meals like this, as I also understand the value of combining certain nutrients for better absorption at times. This is just one way to enjoy a vegan meal 🌿
