Yesterday the Capital Region Hub staff got to visit the site of the city’s first networked geothermal! An Albany Community Land Trust project pulls heating and cooling for four units over two structures from one geothermal well system. The renovations included the very best in energy efficiency work as well as this cutting edge system!
