Congratulations to our Pike County Schools P3 (Parents, Partners, and Pike County Schools) and Teacher Leadership Academy (TLA) graduates! ππ
Monday night, we celebrated two incredible groups who have invested their time and commitment into learning, leadership, and strengthening Pike County Schools.
Our Teacher Leadership Academy (TLA) was created to inspire and empower teachers who aspire to become school leaders. Through interactive and engaging experiences, participants have explored the daily operations of our school system while developing leadership skills that extend beyond the classroom and prepare them for future leadership opportunities.
Our P3 Academy (Parents, Partners, and Pike County Schools) brings families, schools, and community members together to strengthen student success. Participants received a behind-the-scenes look at school system operations, from finance and budgeting to school law, legislative processes, and partnerships with local businesses and industry leaders. All while gaining a deeper understanding of how collaboration supports our students.
When educators, families, and community partners grow together, our students benefit most. We are proud of each graduate and grateful for your dedication to making Pike County Schools stronger!
