This is our most asked question so far this semester!
When adjunct faculty are hired, they are not immediately updated into the Colleague System as being faculty. HR is the department that updates this system and for adjuncts, they usually do not complete this process until about 2 weeks into the semester.
This means that adjunct faculty will be unable to get their parking permits or digital ID cards until HR updates their information. We apologize for the inconvenience

As the spring semester begins next Tuesday, we wanted to share the Troy Campus Map with everyone! This map shows the parking lots and has a parking key along with it!
On the Russell Sage Website, you can find this map by clicking “printable map” or you can stop into the College Services office for a printed version! This should answer all of your questions about where you can/can’t park!

Today is our last day open for business!!
Our office will be closing tomorrow 12/18/24 until 1/2/25 for holiday break. Have a safe and wonderful holidays everyone! 🎉🎄🎁

There are only 3 reasons you will need a physical ID card
1. CDTA bus
2. Meal Swipes
3. Programs such as nursing, OT, or PT for clinical.
Other than that, your ID 123 app serves as your RSC ID

Tomorrow our office will be closed between around 11AM-2PM for the inauguration of our new President Dr. Matthew Shaftel!

Congratulations to Molly Oravsky for winning our Packing Peanut guessing game! The correct number of packing peanuts was 834 and Molly came the closest with a guess of 810! Keep an eye out for more giveaway contests in the future from our office!! 🐊
