Good afternoon. Welcome, everyone! We’re so glad you could join us today for the NYSAFLT Classroom Tour Showcase - whether you’re joining us here on Zoom or watching along with us on Facebook Live. We’re excited to give you a peek inside some of the amazing world language classrooms from across New York State!

The idea behind the Classroom Tour Showcase is simple: teachers sharing with teachers. Throughout September, we’ll take a quick look inside four classrooms and hear from educators about the spaces they’ve created for their students. Our hope is that you’ll leave each tour with at least one idea that you can take back and try in your own classroom.

In case you couldn't tune in live last week, here is the recording of the 2nd NYSAFLT Classroom Showcase with Chris Rogers! I think my favorite thing he shared was how he has parents write notes to his students at open house that he displays on their classroom fridge. What a cool idea!

Check out Chris' classroom and be sure to join us tomorrow to get a peek inside Shannen Discavage's classroom!
