🎶🏡 Let’s Make Some Music on the Porch! 🏡🎶
August 29 is Play Music on the Porch Day—a worldwide celebration of the power of music to bring people together! 🌎🎵

At Senior Music Connection, we see every day how music can create connection, spark memories, encourage movement, and bring JOY. 💜

So on August 29, we’re celebrating right alongside communities around the world! Whether it’s a porch, a patio, a living room, or a senior living community, there’s always a place for music. 🎶

Because music has a way of bringing us together—across generations, across communities, and across every kind of boundary. ❤️

Turn up the music. Grab an instrument. Sing along. Dance a little. And celebrate the joy of making music together!

Meet Mary and Patty, two marvelous musical volunteers who bring so much more than music to our programs. They bring JOY!

Whether they’re helping residents get up and dance, encouraging a little toe-tapping, or simply sharing a smile and a song, Mary and Patty have a wonderful way of making everyone feel included and connected.

At Senior Music Connection, we are so grateful for volunteers like these who give their time, their energy, and their hearts to help us create meaningful connection, comfort, and joy through music. ❤️

Thank you, Mary and Patty, for helping keep the music—and the joy—moving! 🎵💃🕺
