The PCS Teacher Leadership Academy (TLA) was created to inspire and empower teachers who aspire to become school leaders.

Through interactive and engaging experiences, participants have explored the daily operations of our school system while developing leadership skills that extend beyond the classroom and prepare them for future leadership opportunities.
