The Rensselaer County Department of Social Services (DSS) is pleased to announce that it will begin accepting applications for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP)!!

The Child Care Assistance Program helps eligible low-income families pay for childcare so parents and caregivers can work, attend school, or participate in approved training programs. The program is designed to support families while ensuring children have access to safe, quality childcare.

Residents interested in applying or learning more about eligibility requirements are encouraged to contact the Rensselaer County Department of Social Services or visit the department’s website for application materials and additional information.
