Enrollment is open at Trout Lake School District for students in grades K–12!

Trout Lake students have many ways to discover their interests and prepare for what comes next. Younger students build confidence and creativity through experiences such as Missoula Theatre, music, art, outdoor learning, and cross-grade projects.

Secondary students can explore dual credit, AP, Running Start, Career and Technical Education, worksite learning, and personalized options through the Trout Lake Connected Learning Academy, PACE and individual college and career advising help students connect their courses with future goals.

Student leadership, Projects Night, community partnerships, and hands-on learning provide meaningful ways for students to contribute and share what they know.

Enrollment is open at Trout Lake School District for students in grades K–12!

At Trout Lake, learning extends beyond the classroom. Students explore outdoors, work across grade levels, learn from community members, and have meaningful opportunities to share their ideas and lead.

These experiences strengthen curiosity, confidence, healthy relationships, and each student’s sense of belonging. Families and community partners are an important part of this work.

A new bus stop is also available at the Bingen Park & Ride.

At Trout Lake School, lunch is prepared with care. Students enjoy a variety of thoughtfully planned meals, familiar favorites, fresh salad-bar choices, and gluten-free or vegetarian options every day.

Our lunch program is not federally funded; however, locally funded lunch scholarships are available to support families. Please contact the school office privately for more information.

Out with the Old… A New Playground Is Coming!

A huge thank you to Lanny Smith and Anthony Hylton of Lanny Smith Construction for spending nearly a full day on Monday removing our old playground equipment and preparing the site for what comes next!

This space may look a little empty right now, but exciting changes are ahead. Our new playground is expected to be installed in late August or early September!

We are grateful for the time, equipment, and hard work that helped us take this important first step. Stay tuned—the fun is just getting started!

SAVE THE DATE!

Trout Lake School District is offering FREE Sports Physicals for student-athletes on August 7, 2026, from 8:00–11:00 AM.

Physicals will be completed at the school by Dr. Marshal Harpe, Dr. Seth Lambert, and Christy Rummel, FNP, and are valid for two years.
