CLOSURE UPDATE:

Dear Gateway Summer Camp & Gateway Early Learning Center Families,

We regret to inform you that Gateway Summer Camp and Gateway Early Learning Center will unfortunately remain closed tomorrow, Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Since our last update, we have learned that the water main break is far more extensive than originally anticipated. While we are disappointed by this unexpected interruption, the health and safety of our campers and staff must remain our highest priority.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause your family. Please know that we will begin processing prorated refunds on a per diem basis for each day the camp is required to remain closed. Refunds will be processed as soon as we are able.

We humbly ask for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through this situation and strive to return to normal daily operations as quickly as possible. We will continue to keep you informed as we receive additional updates from the agencies overseeing the repairs.

Thank you for your grace and understanding during this challenging time. We look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as it is safe to do so.

🚨 NOTICE OF CANCELLATION 🚨

Due to a water main break in the area, all Friday activities at The Gateway Cathedral have been canceled.

This includes:

• Gateway Summer Camp
• Gateway Early Learning Center

The safety and well-being of our children, families, staff, and congregation remain our highest priority. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as this issue is being addressed. We ask that you pick up your children immediately.

Please continue to monitor our website and social media pages for updates regarding the restoration of services and any additional announcements.

⭐️REMINDER⭐️ ⭐️PARENT MEETING⭐️

There is a parent meeting tonight at 6:00pm. We will go over just a few changes regarding summer camp this year, and a few things we have planned for the 2026 season. Parents will also be able to meet with representatives from our partner, Mentor Behavioral Health.

The meeting will take place in the sanctuary. Enter through door A under the canopy.
