October is National Principals Month, and there is no better time to celebrate the person who means so much to our Rebel family โ Mrs. Hutto. ๐ค
A great principal does so much more than lead a school. They create a culture. They build relationships. They listen. They encourage. They advocate. They show up, day after day, for their students and their staff. They even stay late nights and come on weekends to make sure everything and everyone is taken care of at WMMS.
Mrs. Hutto leads with heart, compassion, strength, and purpose. She believes in our students, supports her teachers, celebrates the little victories, stands beside us through the hard days, and constantly looks for ways to make West Morgan Middle School better.
She has a way of making people feel valued, supported, and heard. She sees the potential in our students and the potential in the people who serve them. She doesnโt just lead our schoolโฆ she loves our school. And that love is felt throughout our entire Rebel family. ๐ซถ๐ป
Leadership isnโt always easy, and so much of what a principal does happens behind the scenes. But we see the long days, the difficult decisions, the countless conversations, the problem-solving, the encouragement, and the unwavering commitment to doing what is best for our students and staff.
Thank you for being the kind of principal every school hopes to have. Thank you for believing in us, trusting us, encouraging us, and always reminding us that what we do matters.
We are so incredibly grateful for you and the heart you pour into West Morgan Middle School every single day. We appreciate you. We admire you. We are thankful for you. And we are so proud to call you OUR principal! ๐ค๐ค
