🎺 HELP FUEL THE BLUE CREW! 💙

We’re looking for local businesses, churches, organizations, and community partners to sponsor a pre-game meal for our Trinity Blue Crew this season!

With around 60 students and staff to feed, we have several opportunities for local businesses to support our growing band and get their business in front of our Blue Crew community.

We would like to take a moment to celebrate the incredible volunteers who have already made such an impact on Blue Crew! 💙

From fitting uniforms and feeding the band to building props, donating snacks, lending a helping hand and so much more, our band camp would not have been possible without your time, energy and generosity. We are so grateful for every person who has stepped up to support our students and help make this season special!

And we’re not done yet! 👀
We still need volunteers throughout the season to help with things like meals, props, snacks, game-day and competition support and more.

What a SHOWCASE! 🎶🔥🪽

Thank you to everyone who came out to see the Blue Crew and support us tonight! We’re so proud of what we’ve been working on and couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off the season.

You’re Invited!

This Thursday at 6 PM, join us for our Band Camp Showcase! 🎶

Come see a recap of everything our students have been working on over the past three weeks of band camp.

While you’re there, be sure to pre-order your show T-shirts and hoodies and get ready to rep the Blue Crew all season long!

🩵 Orders will be open for two weeks! We hope to have all orders ready by the September 4 football game.

🩵 Order forms will be available to students in the band room beginning Wednesday. Additional copies will be available Thursday!

🩵 All students automatically receive one T-shirt and one hoodie*. However, your student may want to order an additional shirt, as most band competitions take place on the Saturday following a Friday night football game!

We look forward to kicking off the season with you 🎉🎺

The marching season can’t happen without an incredible team behind the scenes, and that includes our concession stand volunteers! 🌭🎺

Our concession stand is the band’s largest fundraiser of the season, and every shift helps support our students. The more volunteers we have, the smoother each game night runs for everyone.

The best part? It’s not a difficult job—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. It’s actually a lot of fun! Whether you’re a band parent, family member, alumni, or community supporter, we’d love to have you join us.

We’re adding a little extra fun to the week with three days of themed dress-up days as we kick off the 2026 season. Get creative, show your Blue Crew spirit, and come ready to make some memories!

‼️ Be sure to keep all outfits school appropriate and weather appropriate so we can stay comfortable, safe, and ready to make music.

🎶 Band Camp is quickly approaching, and we need your help!

Every year, our amazing Trinity Blue Crew families and supporters help keep our students fueled throughout band camp. With 3 weeks of band camp ahead of us this year, snacks, drinks, and meals make a huge difference in keeping our students energized and ready to work hard.

If you’d like to support our band, we’ve created a sign-up sheet with all the details of what is needed and when. Any donation—big or small—is greatly appreciated and helps make band camp a success!
