Healthy leaders understand that leadership was never meant to be a solo journey.
No matter how gifted, talented, or experienced a leader may be, we all need accountability, encouragement, wise counsel, and community.

WHY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MATTERS
A title may give someone a position, but it does not automatically develop character.
Leadership requires growth.
Leadership requires accountability.
Leadership requires humility.
Leadership requires intentional development.
At Life Eternal Ministry International, we believe leadership development must focus on the whole leader—spiritually, emotionally, biblically, and practically.
Because healthy leaders strengthen families, churches, communities, and nations.

“The Road to Resurrection”
Day 6: Gethsemane – A Call to Surrender
There are moments when obedience costs more than we expected.
Moments when the weight feels heavy, the pressure is real, and the answer is still… “yes.”
Matthew 26:39 (NKJV)
“He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, ‘O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.’”
In the garden of Gethsemane, we see the humanity of Jesus.
He felt the weight.
He understood the cost.
And still—He chose surrender.
This was not weakness… this was obedience.
Before the cross, there was a decision.
Before the sacrifice, there was surrender.
Gethsemane reminds us that purpose will require submission.
That calling will require dying to self.
That God’s will is not always easy—but it is always necessary.
Jesus didn’t run from the cup…
He submitted to it.
And because He surrendered, we have access to life.
Pause & Consider:
Is there an area in my life where I am resisting God’s will instead of surrendering to it?
Let’s focus this in our prayer today:
"Lord, give me the strength to say yes to Your will, even when it is difficult. Not my will, but Yours be done."
