ELENA FRANCO DE PELAEZ IN THE HALL OF FAME
Engineer. Elena Franco was for several years in a row the best sports letter of introduction in the province of gold, she was a pioneer in the tkd discipline in El Oro, this time she does it on behalf of all the women of Ecuador, being the first woman to be Inducted into the World Taekwondo Hall of Fame.

Ing Elena Franco fue por varios años seguidos la mejor carta de presentación deportiva de la provincia de El Oro, fue pionera en la disciplina de tkd en El Oro, esta vez lo hace en nombre de todas las mujeres de Ecuador, siendo la primera mujer en ser ingresada al salón de la fama del taekwondo mundial.
Elenita Franco fue seleccionada del país, destacando en varios eventos internacionales y llenando de gloria a la bandera tricolor, hoy en día sigue conectada al taekwondo junto al maestro y muy reconocido Jorge Pelaez.
