On August 13th, our ESU 15 family gathered for Staff Day to officially kick off the 2026–2027 school year! It was a day filled with connection, collaboration, and setting our vision high for the year ahead.
This year, we’re taking inspiration from our theme: "Be an Elevator — Lift Others. Build Futures." 🛗✨

Welcome Back to School!
The ESU 15 Team will officially be starting the 2026-27 school year this Thursday, August 13th. Offices will be closed for our annual fall staff training.
We look forward to another great year of collaboration & learning with all of our ESU 15 districts!

We're excited to welcome a large group of educators from across our ESU 15 districts for today's LETRS training! The energy was evident from the very beginning, with participants diving into discussions and engaging with one another right away.
It's already shaping up to be a day filled with learning, collaboration, and meaningful conversations as we continue building strong literacy instruction together. Here's to a great day of learning!

We're excited to welcome the educators from Maywood Public Schools and McCook St. Patrick's Elementary as they begin their LETRS® by Lexia journey!
Today's session, Volume 1, Unit 1: The Challenge of Learning to Read, dives into the science of reading, how the brain learns to read, and the research behind effective literacy instruction. Together, these educators are building knowledge and strategies that will make a lasting difference for their students.
Here's to a day of learning, collaboration, and strengthening literacy—one chapter at a time!
