The 52,000-square-foot SRC is the home of Rider's recreational and intramural programs on the Lawrenceville campus. The SRC offers a wide variety of ways to stay fit including a group exercise room, a fitness center, an elevated 3 lane track (10.5 laps is 1 mile), a game room and 3 multipurpose courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball. The lobby features a Starbucks with bistro-style seating and a lounge area for campus gatherings.

β€œI began teaching at the SRC with minimal confidence in myself as a teacher however, by the end of the year I had a plethora of skills including confidence, public speaking, and leadership. Teaching class at the SRC became the highlight of my week! It brought me such joy to connect with my students and see them progress mentally and physically. I became further involved with the community at Rider University and made great friends and built my network from this position. I will truly cherish this experience and all of the great opportunities it gave me during my time at Rider”.
