Senior Avalon Francis has been a part of THS Theatre since her freshman year, when she was asked to step into the leading role of Dotty in "Noises Off" four weeks before opening. In the fall, she plans to attend the University of Michigan to earn her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Her favorite role: "Lumiere, because it was the biggest show I’ve done with THS. Lumiere was such a lively character and very humorous and fun to play." Her advice to underclassmen "would be to not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and be creative and outgoing in your decisions. You never know where it will lead you."

Senior Madelyn King joined THS Theatre for the musical during her sophomore year. She plans to attend Wayne State University on the Pre-Med track. Her favorite role was playing the Witch in "Into the Woods" this year. Her advice to underclassmen: "Always be grateful for any role you get no matter how big or small because each one will teach you something important about being on the stage and add to your experience."

Senior Audrey Kelch has been with THS Theatre for three years, mainly as an artistic lead for set and graphic design. She was one of the Audrey II puppeteers in "Little Shop of Horrors," ran lighting for our competitive shows, and joined us on stage this year as The Creature in "Attack of the Killer Man from the Sun" and the puppeteer for Milky White in "Into the Woods." In the fall, she plans to attend the College for Creative Studies, majoring in Illustration. She hopes to become a full time illustrator or animator. Her favorite role was The Creature and her favorite memory was every competitive show.
